The Digital/Web Analytics Specialist position requires someone passionate about leveraging analytics and digital tools to help all our clients improve marketing outcomes.  You will contribute to the agency’s expertise as one of the most respected companies in B2B marketing, specifically when it comes to website and digital analytics. Being an extremely organized go-getter in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. You’ll have the opportunity to work in collaboration with project managers, SEM campaign planners, UX designers, and content managers to fuel strategic discussions and the implementation of data-driven recommendations.


You are in the GTA and enjoy the hybrid workplace model of working from home and coming to the office 2-3 times a week.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Help configure and gather data from agency analytics and reporting tools
  • Interpret and summarize insights based on data findings
  • Implement online analytics arrangements, in particular Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Tealium
  • Build client dashboards using Google Data Studio
  • Respond to ad hoc, quick turnaround reporting and troubleshooting requests of clients and project leads
  • Implement testing using Google Optimize
  • Create presentations in PowerPoint that clearly communicate project/campaign findings
  • Performing quality assurance on collected data
  • Liaise with vendors for marketing reporting needs


What you’ll bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 1-2 years working with marketing analytics preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager/Data Studio/Optimize/Search Console
  • Experience with Tealium implementation an asset
  • Knowledge of how to use the data layer is an asset
  • Knowledge of marketing automation is an asset (such as but not limited to Pardot, SFMC, Act-On, Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Salesforce SFMC, etc. )
  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn
